Volunteer at CMR
Volunteers are the lifeblood of Cooma Monaro Railway. Without our amazing volunteers, we wouldn’t have been able to build CMR into the amazing organisation it is today. As we grow and expand our operations, we are looking for more like-minded volunteers to join our organisation and help build the future of heritage rail in the Monaro.
You don’t have to be a railway enthusiast to volunteer with CMR. In fact, many of our volunteers aren’t railway enthusiasts, they just enjoy the fun, family-like culture of our organisation and working with a great group of people to create something truly special.
If you are interested in volunteering for CMR or would like to find out more about our projects, please get in touch via info@cmrailway.org.au or on (02) 6452 7791.
All volunteers 18 years and older are required to obtain a free Working with Children Check. Applying for a WWCC is free and can be submitted online via the Service NSW website.
